We charge a 10% fee for items sold, which will be collected from the winning bid price or the sale price.

1. List your item(s)
  • It's free to list your tickets or memorabilia
  • Items can be listed in an auction or a fixed price format
2. Customer service
  • We handle all of the customer service associated with your transaction
  • You will receive an email notification indicating your item has sold
3. Ship your item
  • Print your UPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you
  • Package and ship your item
4. Receive your payment
  • Get paid by check and we will deduct the 10% fee from your distribution check.
  • For tickets, your check will mailed after the event at the middle or end of the month
  • For memorabilia, your check will be mailed after the item has been received by the buyer at the middle or end of the month
Seller's Rules and Guidelines

In order to sell on this site, you must abide by the following rules and guidelines:

  • Ownership: It is your responsibility to verify that the products and services you sell on this site are yours to sell, either as the direct owner or owner's authorized agent because you will be held accountable for all transactions you complete on this site.
  • Authenticity: Knowingly selling unauthentic merchandise or invalid tickets will result in your credit card being charged for the total sales amount, including the final selling price, all shipping charges and fees associated for all affected items sold. Furthermore, you will be barred from future participation on the site, and your name will be turned over to local law enforcement authorities. If you have doubts about the items you would like to list, do not list them or contact us first before proceeding.
  • Posting Merchandise: It is imperative to accurately describe the merchandise you are selling by being as descriptive as possible. If there are any known defects or damage (tears, cracks, chips, inoperable, etc.) to the merchandise, you must disclose this information in your listing; otherwise, your items will be subject to return and additional fees charged to your account.
  • When selling tickets, it is your responsibility to comply with ticket resale laws
  • A 10% fee will be collected from your winning bid price or your sale price
  • Shipping
    - Merchandise: UPS is our primary shipping carrier. Upon payment confirmation, we will issue and e-mail a prepaid UPS shipping label that you must print and securely adhere to the package prior to shipment. Merchandise should be ready to ship upon receiving the shipping label from us. UPS Ground shipments must be sent within three (3) days of receiving the shipping label, and Express shipments must be sent within one (1) day of receiving the shipping label. Failure to comply may result in a refund being issued to the purchaser and additional transaction fees charged to your account.

    In order to ensure that the merchandise you sell on the site is received by the purchaser in satisfactory condition, please review and comply with UPS's shipping guidelines. All merchandise sold on this site will be insured for the purchase price; however, packages that are damaged during transit are subject to inspection by UPS officials prior to approving any insurance claims. Damage is determined in UPS's sole discretion; and packages not meeting UPS's guidelines will result in denied claims, which means that the damaged merchandise will be returned to you, and your account will be debited for all shipping and transaction fees.

    - Event Tickets: UPS is our primary shipping carrier. Upon payment verification, we will e-mail a prepaid shipping label to you. It is imperative that you place and seal the tickets in an approved UPS Express Letter Envelope, affix the shipping label to the envelope, and drop-off the package at an authorized UPS Shipping center, UPS drop box or hand it to a UPS delivery driver within one (1) day of receiving the shipping label. Failure to comply will mean that the delivery will be delayed, and that could result in us issuing a refund to the purchaser and charging your account additional transaction and shipping fees.
